Democratization of technology refers to the process by which access to technology rapidly continues to become more accessible to more people. New innovations and improved user experiences have allowed those outside of the industry to access and use technological products and services without extensive or expensive training.
Technology has become such an integrated part of our lives that the only time we even think about it affecting us is when it doesn't work, which doesn't happen too often. We can't really imagine a world without technology when it has developed a solution to nearly every daily problem we have. Technology is not only making the lives of people easier, but also making business more effective and profitable.

AI, cloud computing, and software robotics have allowed businesses to scale quickly and reduce infrastructure and cost. They can also help with customer service and building authentic customer relations and personalized experiences for users.
The most amazing feat of this rise in technology is the greater freedom for people. It has introduced more workplace flexibility where human workers can be inspired and liberated instead of stuck behind a desk. When humans are doing work that can be done by machines, their creativity, innovation, and collaboration is lost. Human intelligence can thrive in a democratic state of technology that improves their quality of life and helps them live up to their potential.
